These slim EcoTech reflector light units produce amazing results with any corresponding T5 light tube in aquatic, planted terrarium or reptile applications. The exclusive 'mirror tech' polished reflector can increase light output by up to 300%. Each light comes with mounting fittings for either surface mount or suspension mount.
UVB gradient: Just as it is important to provide a temperature gradient to your reptile, it is equally important to provide a UV-gradient. That is, areas of their tank should have little to no UV exposure. Therefore it is often best to get a UV tube slightly shorter than your tank (for example, a 90cm UVB light for a 120cm tank) and position it to one side.
