A NOTE FROM KELLYVILLE PETS RE: COVID-19 [CORONAVIRUS]
Dear customers,
We're in the midst of unknown territory and like many of you, we are concerned about our community members. We are a small family operated business employing more than 60 members of our community. We have not only an obligation to our staff and customers but also to all the pets in our care to ensure their ongoing care and wellbeing and to make sure we have people available to provide that.
In the interest of protecting our staff, their families, our customers and our pets, we have put the following measures in place.

To continue keeping our staff and customers safe we have implemented the following changes:
All previous restrictions are staying in place until further notice
We will only allo entry for groups of up to 2 people. Groups of 3 or more people will be refused entry.
As we are are all under the government directive to only leave the house for essentials, we ask our customers to limit their time in the store to 15 min and not to browse.

We also offer a fast Click & Collect service

To keep our staff and customers safe we have implemented the following changes:
Pets will only be sold during the week and via appointment.
Please talk to staff for the next available appointment.
We ask customers to shop during the week to minimise overcrowding within the store.
Our store will largely be self serve to reduce customer/staff interaction.

We understand our store is amazing to walk around and just 'have a browse' however, we do ask that you only come to Kellyville Pets if you are planning on purchasing something. Browsing is discouraged as we want to ensure customers are in and out of the store as quickly as possible to minimise the risk of spreading anything.
Other options to shop with us include:
Take advantage of shopping online with our FREE shipping or Click & Collect options. Free shipping is valid on orders over $49 and under 44kg, within the Sydney metro area.
When visiting us in-store, we ask that you observe the following:
Observe the 1.5 metre social distancing initiative with other customers and our staff.
Sanitise or wash your hands before entering our store. We have restrooms onsite where you can go and wash your hands before entering the store.
Use EFTPOS where possible to avoid the handling of cash.
Shop on weekdays. This is a much quieter time and you will be served more efficiently.
We are also doing what we can in-store to assist with #flatteningthecurve.
In the store we are:
Providing hand sanitiser for staff and customers.
Regularly sanitising commonly touched areas.
Plus, we are asking staff that where able, they work from home.

Please be aware that we may be limiting the amount of customers in the store on busy days.
Click & Collect orders will be given priority at the door.
Some planned courses may be rescheduled and customers will be contacted individually about this.
