Kellyville Pets is a registered 'Covid Safe' business. We are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers (and their pets), our suppliers and our staff. These steps include (but are not limited to):
- All customers must keep a distance of at least 1.5m from Santa, the photographer, Kellyville Pets staff, and other customers at all times.
- All packages must be paid in full (in advance) to secure your booking. We will not accept payment upon arrival.
- There will be no access to your photography session through the store.
- Upon arrival, customers will be checked-in out the front of the warehouse. All customers must register their visit and will have their temperature checked. Any customer that is displaying COVID symptoms will be denied access.
- All customers must sanitise their hands prior to entering the store.
- Customers will only be permitted to access the waiting area 5 minutes prior to their scheduled session. If you arrive early, we recommend waiting in your car.
- A maximum of 5 people will be permitted per booking.
- There will be no photo selection here at Kellyville Pets. All customers will receive an email shortly after their photos are taken, with access to a digital photo library.
- All customers, therefore, agree to accept their final photos, regardless of the final output. No re-shoots or refunds will be available for customers who are unhappy with their photos.
- No prints will be available on the day. All printed photos will be posted to the address stipulated in the booking or can be arranged for collection from our store.
- Due to circumstances outside of our control, we may have to cancel Santa Photos at any time, with no prior notice. All customers who have paid but have not yet had their photos taken will be refunded in full.

Unfortunately not. If restrictions do ease, we will let you know but as it stands, no customers will be allowed on the couch with Santa.

Yes. We are limited with the number of people we can have in our store due to Covid restrictions and the current 'one person per 4 square metres' law.

We have a special session set-up for 'No Dogs' dogs. Please ensure that all aggressive dogs are muzzled at all times.

All Santa Photo sessions will take place upstairs in our training room. We are unable to take any photos downstairs.

Unfortunately not. Printed photos will take up to 5 business days to produce. Once they are printed, you are welcome to to come pick them up from our store, or we can arrange for them to be delivered to you.

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the booking to be eligible for a refund. If you wish to reschedule, you will be required to cancel and then re-book a new session.
