Adolescent Dog Training Classes

Did you miss out on Puppy Preschool?

Well, leave it to Kellyville Pets and our accredited trainer Donna Edmonds to get your pupper up to speed! Our Adolescent 4 week training program is designed for dogs 18 weeks and older who haven’t attended Puppy Preschool but still want to teach their dog the necessary life skills and commands.

Recall, sit, eye contact
Marker and release words 
Prevention of jumping, digging, chewing 
Crate training/toilet training

WEEK 2
Drop
Wait 
Look 
Heel position
Walking on lead
Mat training

WEEK 3
Heeling 
Stay 
Tricks 
Touch

WEEK 4
Distance commands
Advanced stay 
Revision

Maximum 5 dogs per class.

What will I bring?

• Treats (e.g. Cooked Chicken or Liver Treats)
• Collar & Lead (NO CHOKER CHAINS PLEASE)
• Vaccination Record

Upcoming Courses:

Terms and Conditions

1. Class must be paid in full at time of booking.
2. Classes are held at Kellyville Pets. Participants should be ready ten minutes prior to start time, as classes will not be delayed.
3. The trainer retains the right to refuse any puppy from attending the class.
4. Owners must provide a lead & a soft collar or halti harness (NO CHOKERS).
5. All dogs must be wormed, immunised & microchipped.
6. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
7. The owner is responsible for any injury or illness that their puppy may incur.
8. In the event of puppies not completing the course or cancellation by customer, no monies will be refunded.
