🐾 Animal Care & Husbandry

Work alongside our experienced animal care team and learn about the daily care, enrichment, health, and welfare of a wide variety of animals.

🛍️ Retail & Customer Service

Learn the fundamentals of pet retail, including customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, stock management, and creating exceptional experiences for pet owners.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for our Work Experience Program, applicants must:

Be applying for, currently enrolled in, or have been accepted into a relevant TAFE or university course where work placement is a mandatory course or admission requirement.
Be available to complete a minimum placement period of 3 months.
Submit an Expression of Interest at least one month prior to their intended placement start date.
Attend an interview. Shortlisted applicants are subject to an interview before a placement offer is made.
