Do my in-store and online points go to the same balance?
Yes. One account, one balance. As long as you're using the same email address at the counter and online, every point lands in the same place and can be redeemed either way.

How do I earn points in-store?
Just give your name, email or phone number at the counter and we'll match you to your account before we ring up the sale.

When do my points appear?
In-store purchases show up on your balance almost straight away. Online orders register once the order is confirmed.

Do points expire?
Yes - points expire after 90 days if account inactivity. Continue shopping with us to keep your points valid (and building!)

Can I use points on sale items?
Yes. Your reward code works on sale prices, so you can stack a member discount with your points.

How do I check my balance?
Log in to your account and your points and tier appear at the top of this page, or ask our team next time you're in.

What if I forget to scan in-store?
Bring your receipt back in within 7 days and we'll add the points on for you.
Program terms, in short.
The Pet Lovers Club is free to join and open to anyone with a Kellyville Pets account. Points are earned on eligible purchases in-store and online, expire 90 days after they're earned, and can be redeemed in $10 increments from 500 points up to $60. Member pricing and Pet Lovers Plus benefits apply while your account is active.
Points have no cash value and can't be transferred between accounts. We may adjust the program from time to time - the full terms always apply.
