Our Price Match Policy is available exclusively to Kellyville Pets Pet Lovers Club members.

Membership is free, and you must be a Pet Lovers Club member at the time the price match is requested.

Price matching is available on in-store purchases only, at our Beaumont Hills store.

Price matching is not available on purchases made through our online store, including Click & Collect, home delivery, subscription orders or any other online transaction.

We only match prices from physical brick-and-mortar pet retailers located within a 25 km radius of our Kellyville Pets store.

The competitor must operate a genuine physical retail store, and the product must be available to purchase from that store.

Excluded competitors

• Online-only retailers
• Warehouse outlets
• Clearance centres
• Marketplace sellers
• Auction or classified websites
• Third-party sellers operating within another retailer's store or website

The competitor's product must be identical to the product sold by Kellyville Pets, including the:

• Brand
• Product or model
• Size or weight
• Variety or flavour
• Colour, where applicable
• Pack quantity
• Product specification

Similar, equivalent or substitute products are not eligible.

The product must be:

• In stock at Kellyville Pets; and
• In stock and available for immediate purchase from the eligible competitor.

We may contact the competitor or otherwise verify the product's price and availability before approving a price match.

This policy applies to eligible publicly advertised everyday and promotional in-store prices from qualifying local competitors.

We do not match

• Online-only prices or promotions
• Competitor frequent buyer programs or brand cashback offers
• Auto-delivery, subscription or repeat-delivery pricing
• Spend-and-save promotions
• Personalised or targeted customer offers
• Coupon, voucher or promotional-code pricing
• Staff or employee discounts
• Short-dated or damaged stock
• Liquidation sales
• Clearance or end-of-range promotions
• Warehouse or outlet pricing
• Flash sales or major promotional events, including Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Afterpay Day
• Products advertised on marketplace or auction sites, including Amazon, eBay and Facebook Marketplace
• Commercial, wholesale or trade pricing
• Prices below Kellyville Pets' cost price
• Obvious pricing or advertising errors

As above, prices are only matched from physical brick-and-mortar pet retailers within 25 km of our store — online retailers, warehouse outlets, clearance centres and marketplace sellers are excluded.

Price matching does not apply to:

• In-store services
• Grooming services
• Dog wash services
• Animal adoption fees
• Pets or livestock
• Gift cards or vouchers
• Delivery or shipping charges

You must provide current and verifiable evidence of the competitor's advertised price.

The price must be publicly available and able to be independently verified by a Kellyville Pets team member at the time of the request.

We do not accept

• Screenshots that cannot be independently verified
• Historical or expired pricing
• Previous customer receipts
• Quotes issued specifically to an individual customer

Price matching cannot be used on purchases made with Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment methods — including Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, humm and similar services.

A price match cannot be combined with another Kellyville Pets discount, promotion or offer. This includes:

• Pet Lovers Club promotional pricing or additional discounts
• Discount codes
• Promotional offers
• Free gifts with purchase
• Vouchers or store credits
• Other negotiated discounts

Where more than one offer is available, you may choose the eligible offer that gives you the best value.

Price matching is intended for normal household purchases.

We reserve the right to limit price-matched purchases to reasonable retail quantities, and may decline price matching for bulk, commercial or resale quantities.

A price match must be requested and approved before the transaction is completed.

Price matching does not apply retrospectively to purchases that have already been completed.

All price match requests are subject to verification by Kellyville Pets. We may verify:

• The competitor's physical store location
• The advertised price
• Product availability
• Product specifications
• The conditions attached to the competitor's offer

We reserve the right to decline a price match where the eligibility criteria are not met, or where the competitor's price, stock availability or promotional conditions cannot reasonably be verified.

All price matches are made at the sole discretion of Kellyville Pets, and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Price Match Policy at any time.
