When is the preordered stock expected to arrive?
We occasionally order Juwel Aquariums directly from Germany. When we have confirmation the shipment is on its way to us, we open preorders for the incoming stock.
Our next shipment is due to arrive mid-late August, 2026. -
Are all Juwel models always in stock?
We carry the most popular Juwel models in-store, but some sizes and finishes may need to be special-ordered from our distributor.

How long does a special order take?
Special-ordered Juwel tanks typically arrive in-store within 2 weeks.

How much does Juwel aquarium delivery cost?
We deliver Juwel aquariums to select Sydney suburbs. Charges vary by postcode and tank size — check pricing for your postcode or call (02) 9629 3282. Restricted-access addresses (limited parking, stairs) may incur additional charges.

How will my aquarium be shipped?
Your Juwel tank is delivered by Kellyville Pets aquarium staff to ensure it arrives safely. A team member will contact you within 48 hours of checkout to confirm and arrange delivery.

Do I need to be home to receive delivery?
Yes — due to the value and fragility of these aquariums, someone must be present to receive the order. They cannot be left outside.

Can I have my Juwel cabinet assembled?
Yes — cabinet assembly is available on all Juwel sets for $99. Simply select it from the drop-down when adding to cart. If you also choose delivery, we'll pre-build the cabinet in-store, deliver it, place it and remove all packaging.
