- Birds are to be kept in their carrier or on a harness
- All dogs and cats must be on a leash
- Dogs are not allowed in the bird room
- Any pets with anxiety or potential aggression must wear a muzzle
- Reptiles are to be kept at home unless they are here for re-homing purposes
- All animals being brought into the store for rehoming purposes must have prior approval first with a designated drop off time organised first.

Yes, our store, including the toilets and entire shop floor where products and pets are located, is wheelchair accessible. However, please note that our training room, where we host training sessions, workshops, some school holiday events, and Santa Pet Photos, is only accessible via stairs. If you have any specific needs, our team is happy to assist in ensuring you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Shipping
Once you place your order, all items that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Any order placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day. Please note, we try our best to get deliveries out as soon as possible, however, delays can occur during busy periods.
Once shipped, generally our products take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please note, regional and rural destinations may take longer.
Flat Rate Shipping and Parcel Post is generally 3-5 business days Australia-wide. Express Post is 1-3 business days. On Demand (Delivery Tonight or Next Business Day Delivery) will arrive between 6pm and 10pm on the day the parcel leaves us.

We currently ship within Australia only. However, we’re exploring options to expand our shipping destinations in the future. If you're outside Australia, we recommend reaching out to us for guidance.
We use Australia Post for most of our products. Larger products are click and collect only or arranged via special delivery service are sent with a courier service. Please reach out to our friendly team to check if we can deliver a larger item to your postcode.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information with a tracking link that you can follow via email.
Yes we can! All items sent with Australia Post can be shipped to a PO Box. However, our larger items, like our large beds etc. are sent with a courier service as well as our On Demand service selected at checkout cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Kellyville Pets will not be responsible for any missing packages, provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All of our deliveries are carried out with a proof of delivery photo. If you believe your order has been delivered to the incorrect address, please get in touch with our friendly team, and we will help you right away.
We ship from our warehouse in North West Sydney, Australia.
Pick up from our store can be arranged by selecting ‘click and collect’. If there are any issues with selecting this option, please email us before your order has shipped, and we can arrange for your order to be picked up.

Returns And Exchanges
If you have received your items and have not yet opened or used them, you are eligible for a return or an exchange. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product(s) must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please request it within 14 days of delivery. If you meet these conditions and wish to return your item(s), please log into our return portal https://return.auspost.com.au/KELLYVILLE_PETS where you can enter your details and arrange a return.
Please note that shipping the item back to our store will be at the customer’s expense. Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. After inspection, if the item is unused and in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you prefer to set up an exchange instead, let us know at hello@kellyvillepets.com.au.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see your approved refund after this period, please contact us.
As long as the item is still in perfect condition, yes.
Qualifying for a refund will be subject to Kellyville Pets upon the items return. We would recommend checking with our friendly team prior to returning to ensure a refund or exchange can be processed.
Yes, you can!
Returns can be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopened for a return or a refund. Covers, blankets and linings must be unused to be eligible for a return. We often accept returns of muzzles, harnesses, leads and collars if they do not fit the dog. As long as the item is still in perfect condition and the packaging is returned with the product, we accept it. If you satisfy these conditions and wish to return your item(s), you can visit our Kellyville Pets store at 1-15 Millcroft Way 2155 to return your items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply any discounts or sales to orders that were made before the start of the promotion.
