What a season it was. See you in November 2026.
In 2025, 1,600 families joined us to capture the magic of Christmas with their beloved pets. Together we made an incredible difference for the Animal Welfare League, raising over $15,000 through the $5 donation included in every Santa photo ticket and our in-store Christmas raffle.
While Santa has now returned to the North Pole, we're already counting down to November 2026 when he'll make his way back to Kellyville Pets for another season of festive fun.

My dog doesn't really get along with others. Can I still bring them?
We have a special session set up for sensitive dogs. Please ensure all reactive dogs are muzzled at all times.

I have a lot of pets. Is a single 5 minute session going to be long enough?
As a general rule, 4 pets are manageable within a 5 minute booking. If you have any concerns, please give us a call on 02 9629 3282.

Will you have any sessions downstairs?
All Santa photo sessions take place upstairs in our training room. We are unable to take any photos downstairs.

Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes, all packages must be purchased online (in full) to secure your booking.

What are the packages?
General Session: $60 (includes $5 AWL donation) — 5 minute session with Santa, plus Santa's Gift Pack.
Sensitive Session: $60 (includes $5 AWL donation) — 5 minute session with Santa, plus Santa's Gift Pack.
Please note: there is a maximum of 10 people per booking.

Will I receive my printed photos on the same day?
Yes. You'll receive everything included in your package straight after your photo session.

Can I buy more prints?
Additional prints can be purchased after your session when you collect your photos.

Can I buy accessories (frames, baubles, etc.)?
Accessories are available for purchase after each session, and for the whole time Santa is visiting Kellyville Pets.

Will you allow walk-ins?
No walk-ins are allowed. All packages must be purchased online (in full) to secure your booking.

Will more dates be opening?
Depending on demand and Santa's busy schedule, we may open more dates. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updates.

If I have to cancel, will I get a refund?
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the booking to be eligible for a refund. If you wish to reschedule, you'll need to cancel and then re-book a new session.
