Santa Paws and Claws session information
We offer two different sessions at Santa Paws and Claws. These are our standard sessions for general admission, and our sensitive sessions for those with pets or people who would rather a calmer environment.
A family photo with Santa makes Christmas last forever and is a long standing Christmas tradition. Make a merry memory with Santa and reserve your spot today. Kellyville Pets is proudly celebrating over 20 years of Santa Pet Photography. We worked with Christmas stylist to the stars Dancer and Dasher, to create a set for a lasting tradition and memory.
All Santa Paws photos are taken upstairs. Access is only via stairs, if you have concerns about animals or family members getting up the stairs please contact the store on 02 9629 3282. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Santa Paws and Claws
What a season it was! In 2024, 1,600 families joined us to capture the magic of Christmas with their beloved pets. Together, we made an incredible difference for the Animal Welfare League, raising over $10,000 through your generous $5 donations included in Santa photo tickets and our in-store Christmas raffle.
With Santa returning to Kellyville Pets for another season of festive fun, we will again be sharing our support for animals in need by donating a portion of every Santa Paws and Claws booking.
Frequently asked questions
We have a special session set-up for 'Sensitive' dogs. Please ensure that all reactive dogs are muzzled at all times.
As a general rule, 4 pets are manageable within a 5 minute booking. If you have any concerns, please give us a call on 02 9629 3282.
All Santa Photo sessions will take place upstairs in our training room. We are unable to take any photos downstairs.
Yes, all packages must be purchased online (in full) to secure your booking.

Please note: There is a maximum of 10 people per booking.
Yes you will, you will receive everything included in your package after your photo session.
Additional prints can be purchased after your session when you collect your photos.
Accessories will be available for purchase after each session, and for the duration of time that Santa is visiting Kellyville Pets.
No walk-ins will be allowed this year. All packages must be purchased online (in full) to secure your booking.
Depending on demand and Santa's busy schedule, we may open up more dates. Keep an eye on our website and Social Media channels for more information.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the booking to be eligible for a refund. If you wish to reschedule, you will be required to cancel and then re-book a new session.
