Australia-Wide Pet Supplies Delivery

We ship Australia-wide from $8.99, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Shipping costs are based on actual weight or cubic weight, whichever is greater.

Some large, bulky, fragile, refrigerated or frozen items may have special delivery conditions or be excluded from standard free shipping offers.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping to many metro areas across Australia when minimum spend, parcel size and weight requirements are met.

Typical free shipping thresholds include:

  • Sydney Metro: Orders over $99 and under 22kg actual or cubic weight
  • Outside Sydney: Orders over $129 and under 10kg

Common exclusions include:

  • Aquariums and cabinets
  • Cat scratchers and cat furniture
  • Fresh or frozen pet food
  • Bulky or fragile items
  • Products longer than 1 metre once packaged

If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment has been processed.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

  • Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
  • NSW & major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Interstate metro areas: 3–5 business days
  • Regional & rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times can vary during peak periods, public holidays and major sale events.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your suburb, parcel size, parcel weight and the products in your cart.

Rates start from $8.99, however larger, bulky or fragile items may cost more to ship.

Depending on your order, you may see standard shipping, express shipping, flat-rate shipping, same-day delivery or click & collect options.

Why can shipping be expensive on some items?

Courier pricing is often based on cubic weight, not just actual weight. This means lightweight but bulky items such as cat trees, pet beds, large enclosures or oversized bags can cost more to ship.

Shipping can also be higher for fragile products, refrigerated or frozen products, and long-distance interstate deliveries.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. We offer same-day delivery on selected orders within 40km of our store.

  • Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday: delivered same day
  • Orders placed after 10am or on weekends: delivered next business day

Same-day delivery must be selected at checkout and is especially useful for urgent pet supplies, frozen pet food and last-minute essentials.

Do you offer click & collect?

Yes. You can choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order directly from our store.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification confirming it is available for collection.

Which shipping methods do you use?

Depending on the order, we use Australia Post and selected courier partners for standard and express deliveries.

  • Standard Shipping: Best for everyday orders
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery where available
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: May appear for selected regions or larger parcels
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available on eligible Sydney orders
  • Click & Collect: Available for local pickup
Do you deliver large or bulky items?

Some large items such as aquariums, cabinets, reptile enclosures and oversized cat furniture require special handling.

These products may:

  • Incur higher delivery costs
  • Be available for Sydney delivery only
  • Require store pickup

If an item has special freight requirements, this will usually appear at checkout or on the product page.

How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days.

Dispatch can take longer if:

  • An item is temporarily out of stock
  • Your order includes live plants or feeder insects
  • Courier collections are delayed
  • Additional freight charges need to be confirmed

Live plants and feeder insects are usually sent Monday to Wednesday to reduce the risk of parcels sitting in transit over the weekend.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

You can track your parcel using:

  • Australia Post tracking
  • The Shop App
  • Your courier’s tracking portal
Why has only part of my order arrived?

Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels, especially if they include heavy, bulky or fragile products.

In some cases, items may also be dispatched separately if one product is delayed or requires a different courier service.

Your tracking may show multiple consignments such as Parcel 1 of 2.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Yes, if your order is being sent via Australia Post, it can usually be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

Courier-only items may require a physical residential or business address.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Our default setting is usually Authority to Leave, which means the parcel may be left in a safe place if the courier considers it safe to do so.

If you would prefer Signature on Delivery, please leave a note at checkout.

Please note that parcels left without signature cannot be replaced if they are stolen after delivery.

Do you ship live animals?

No. For the health and wellbeing of the animals, we do not freight live pets.

All pets must be collected in person from our store, where our team can also help with advice on care, housing and setup.

Do you ship interstate?

Yes. We ship most of our product range Australia-wide.

Some oversized, fragile or restricted items may only be available within selected regions or for in-store pickup.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship within Australia.
