Kellyville Pets Social Media and Marketing Coordinator (22hrs/week)

Are you passionate about pets and social media marketing?
Do you have a knack for engaging content creation? Kellyville Pets is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator.

In this part time role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while connecting with our community of pet lovers and encountering our wide range of pets.

Role Overview
As the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Kellyville Pets, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media content to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create captivating content, manage our social media channels, and analyse performance metrics to optimise our social media / online presence.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media content to align with marketing objectives.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our audience.
• Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute the social media components of overarching promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media efforts remain relevant and effective.

Qualifications
Passion for content creation and social media channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent creative abilities with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Willing to learn social media management tools and analytics platforms. Passion for pets and a genuine interest in the pet industry.
