We match genuine advertised prices of leading Australian in-store pet retailers.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

Physical Stores Only

• We only match prices from physical brick-and-mortar competitors located within a 25 km radius of our store.
• Online retailers, warehouse outlets, clearance centres, and marketplace sellers are excluded.

Identical Products

• The product must be identical in brand, model, size, variety, and specification to the item sold at our store.

In-Stock Requirement

• The competing retailer must have the product currently in stock at the time of the price match request.

Proof of Current Pricing

• Customers must provide live, verifiable proof of the competitor’s current price (e.g., website or live digital source).
• Screenshots, photos, printed material, historical pricing, or receipts will not be accepted.

Price Integrity

• We will not match any price that falls below our cost price.

Everyday and Promotional Pricing

• We will match both everyday and promotional in-store prices from eligible retailers.
• Online-only promotions, clearance prices, liquidation events, member-only promos, and warehouse or outlet deals will not be matched.

Additional Terms

Not Valid with Other Offers

• Price matches cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer, including but not limited to free gift with purchase and Pet Lovers Club benefits.

Payment Method Restrictions

• Price matching cannot be used on purchases made with Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment methods.

Sole Discretion

• All price matches are made at the sole discretion of Kellyville Pets, and we reserve the right to decline any price match request.

All Pets Excluded

• Pets will NOT be price matched under any circumstances.
