Kellyville Pets' state-of-the-art Grooming Salon provides the highest quality service for your dog by a team of experienced and knowledgeable staff. With one of the largest product ranges on hand and qualified groomers with over 10 years of experience, you can rest assured knowing that your pooch is in the safest of hands. 

Our team is comprised of highly experienced, professional groomers who are proficient in a range of styles and techniques. Further, our groomers have worked with many different breeds over the years.

All products and equipment used is salon-grade and is of the highest quality. We have different products and equipment suited to each dog’s individual needs.

The frequency of grooming will depend on your dog’s breed, fur length and coat type, however, an average estimate between grooms is 4 - 8 weeks.

We kindly ask that you call the our store on 02 9629 3282 at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before grooming appointment your $40 deposit will be forfeited. 
If your appointment is rescheduled, your $40 deposit will be transferred and deducted from your new appointment.

As the shop doors open at 9am, please arrive at 9am for your appointment. 

When your dog is ready to be picked up, we’ll either call you or send a message, so please keep your phone handy.

You can still pay a deposit even if you don't have a PayPal account, simply select Pay with PayPal  and choose the "Pay with a card" option. 
Please note that the $40 deposit needs to be paid within 24 hours of booking inorder to sercure your appointment.

Vaccination and worming: It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure worming and vaccination of their pet is up to date. Puppies must have their 2nd c5 vaccination 10 days prior to their grooming appointment. Proof of 1st and 2nd vaccination is required for all puppies.

Safety and welfare: to ensure the safety and comfort of your dog please let us know of the following *Medical conditions and injuries: heart conditions, pre-existing medical conditions, illness or injury *Recovery from recent surgery, no stitches, or fresh/open wounds *Dogs requiring sedation or anxiety medication may be refused. *You give permission for your dog to be seen immediately by the vet in the event that your dog requires immediate medical intervention. You will be notified should this happen and be made aware of any costs that may be involved

Animal safety: for the safety and comfort of your dog, all animals will be crated as needed. *Dogs that display aggression towards the groomer or other dogs will be muzzled if deemed necessary. Service may be stopped at any time if the dog presents a danger to team members or itself. Additional charges may apply. Owners will be contacted to collect the dog if the service cannot be completed safely.

Matting: Pre-existing conditions and injuries can be found under matted coats. There is also a chance of skin irritation, rashes and accidental cuts due to the nature of matting and the close clipping required. THIS SERVICE TAKES EXTREME CARE AND EXTRA TIME. This WILL incur surcharges depending on the severity of the matting. Very severely matted dogs will be referred to a vet. Kellyville Pets will not be liable for any vet costs related to issues resulting from Pre-existing medical conditions or matted coats resulting in exposure of pre-existing hotspots, sore, skin conditions or clipper rash.

Late collection fee: Late collection fees or day care fees may be incurred if the dog is not dropped off or collected at the scheduled time.
