How it works...
Step 1: Choose A Product
Select an eligible product.
Step 2: Set Your Frequency
Select 'REPEAT IT' as your delivery option and then choose how often you'd like your selected product delivered.
Step 3: Add To Cart
Update the quantity (if necessary) and then click 'Add to Cart'.
Step 4: Complete Checkout
Proceed to the checkout page and login (or create an account if you don't have one already). Complete your delivery information and select a payment method.
Step 5: You're Done!
Congratulations, you've completed your Repeat It subscription! You can manage your subscription in your account dashboard.

Of course you can! Log in to your Kellyville Pets account and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’ from the account dashboard. From here, you will be able to make any necessary changes.
Yep, you can cancel your Repeat It order(s) at any time! Simply Log in to your Kellyville Pets account, click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’ from the account dashboard and select ‘Cancel Repeat It’. Please note, you cannot cancel an order that has already been dispatched.
The best thing about Repeat It is that it’s 100% flexible! You’re free to pause, change or cancel your order whenever you please. Please note that you cannot cancel an order that has already been dispatched.
We are committed to offering low prices on your favourite brands of dog and cat food, everyday. Our prices may fluctuate from time to time but we will always give you the best possible price that’s available. We will always notify you if our prices increase, giving you time to modify or cancel your order - if necessary.
Our normal Returns & Exchanges policy applies to all orders, whether they are part of Repeat It or not. Click here for more information.
Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days but it may take longer for interstate and rural deliveries. We will endeavor to ensure that all Repeat It orders are delivered on the agreed date but certain circumstances outside of our control may cause minor delays. If you have not received your Repeat It delivery by 5pm on it’s scheduled delivery date, please contact us.
We will do our best to ensure that we have enough stock to keep up with the demand for Repeat It orders. If an item for your Repeat It is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Alternatively, we may be able to offer a combination of different sizes to make up your order. For example, if you have a 20kg bag of dog food on Repeat It and we are out of stock for that particular product, we may be able to send you two 10kg bags of the same product.
By using the Kellyville Pets ‘Repeat It’ service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Customers must have a registered Kellyville Pets online account to be able to manage Repeat It orders.
2. Kellyville Pets reserves the right to change or amend the prices of its products, good and services without notice. Kellyville Pets will notify all customers if their order becomes subject to a price increase.
3. Kellyville Pets will not price match on Repeat It orders.
4. Kellyville Pets reserves the right to amend or change which products, goods and services are eligible for the Repeat It service without prior notice to the customer.
5. Repeat It orders can only be paid for using a credit card. Kellyville Pets do not offer Afterpay, Zippay or layby for this service.
6. Kellyville Pets accepts no liability or responsibility for any delay caused to an order under the Repeat It service in so far as that delay is due to circumstances that could not reasonably be considered within the control of Kellyville Pets.
7. Orders may be delayed in the event that a product is out of stock. If an item for your Repeat It is out of stock, Kellyville Pets will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Alternatively, Kellyville Pets may be able to offer a combination of different products to make up your order.
8. Customers are unable to make changes to a Repeat It delivery that has already been dispatched. All changes and/or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
9. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal details and payment details are accurate and up-to-date. Kellyville Pets accepts no responsibility for and will not be liable for any loss or damage associated with the customer providing incorrect details.
10. Kellyville Pets' standard Terms & Conditions and Returns & Exchanges policy applies to all Repeat It orders.
11. Shipping is charged in accordance with Kellyville Pets' standard delivery policy.
12. Kellyville Pets reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice.
