Wood roaches are a very popular food for various geckos, monitors, skinks, dragons and frogs.
By choosing to feed your reptile live foods such as these woodies you will be promoting a natural hunting, stalking and waiting behaviour from your reptile which keeps them active and occupied and is more what they would be accustomed to in the wild.
For slower moving pets such as frogs or blue tongues, wood roaches may be best fed-out using tongs.

"Very good at regular supply, would def recommend, I have a reoccurring order monthly and it helps give my lizards a variety of bugs without me having to leave the house, good if you have a busy schedule. They do however have some issues with orders, like if they’re out of a certain bug they send u the rest but may forget to send the ones they forgot, but anytime I email them about it they send it out the next day no hassle, otherwise no complaints, absolutely recommend"
