Delivery

Shipping

Our aim is to process orders as quickly as possible and most orders will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly of the expected arrival date or you can consider an alternative item. Shipping is calculated once you have entered your suburb, state and postcode. We are currently unable to ship some large and bulky items, we do however offer in store pickup for these items.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another one with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We ship Australia wide from $8.99. Our shipping rates are calculated by cubic weight and some items are available for pickup in store only due to their weight and/or size.

Please note that we deliver using Australia Post and independent couriers which may require signature on delivery. If you would like signature to be required upon delivery, please advise of this in the checkout notes so if you aren't home to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. Otherwise, all parcels will be given Authority to Leave at the discretion of our Dispatch Team.

We are also happy to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Australia Post EXPRESS

Orders under 22kg within the Sydney region are eligible for Express Post shipping for a flat rate of $14.99. These orders will be dispatched with Australia Post's Express service. These parcels may be expected to arrive to their destination within 3 business days of leaving us, however they will be subject to Australia Post delays. 

When will my items arrive?

Delivery to some Rural and non Metro areas will take longer but our tracking software allows you to see exactly where your parcel is at all times. Please note that it can take a few hours for tracking information to be updated to the website once the parcel leaves our store.

To avoid a trip to the Post Office (Authority to Leave)

Please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. Our default policy is that we give Authority to Leave on all parcels, to avoid the inconvenience of our customers needing to take a trip to the Post Office.

If you would like Signature Required upon Delivery, please let us know in the delivery notes. You can also add instructions of where the parcel can be left and these instructions are printed out on the postage label. These instructions allow the delivery driver to leave the package as requested.

WARNING: If Signature on Delivery is not requested, we will not take any responsibility for goods that are stolen from their delivery location. 
Note: If when you check your tracking, it says that your item/s have been delivered but you have not received it, you can call Australia Post on 13 11 18 and they can provide you with a photograph of where the delivery was left. You can also lodge an enquiry into the missing delivery with Australia Post by going to their website.

Same Day Delivery Service

Same Day Delivery is available for fresh and frozen foods within 40km of our store. Most of these deliveries are sent with a third party courier which collects from our store, and delivers the order direct to you.

Same Day refers to a postage option in which orders will be delivered the same day they are dispatched from our warehouse. Orders placed before 10am Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any order placed after 10am, or on weekends, will be dispatched the next business day. 

International (Rest of world)

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to Australia.
