Christmas Delivery Cutoff
Due to the high volume of deliveries, the cut off for guaranteed Christmas deliveries is Monday 14/12/15 for areas outside of Sydney Metro.
Sydney Metro cut off is Friday 18/12/15.
Local Deliveries (including Kellyville, Beaumont Hills and Rouse Hill) will carry on throughout the Christmas and New Year periods (Except on Public Holidays)
Any orders received after the above cutoff times may still be delivered before Christmas but we can't guarantee it.

Orders placed before 12 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or Public Holidays will be dispatched the next available business day. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly of the expected arrival date or you can consider an alternative item. Shipping is calculated once you have entered your suburb, state and postcode. We are currently unable to ship some large and bulky items, we do however offer in store pickup for these items.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another one with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We ship Australia wide from $4.95. Our shipping rates are calculated by weight and some items are available for pickup in store only due to their weight and/or size.
Please note that we deliver using Australia Post and Fastway Couriers which may require signature on delivery. If you are happy to have the courier leave your parcel, please advise of this in the checkout notes otherwise if you aren't home to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office, or Fastway Pick-up Point where you can collect it.
We are also happy to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
When will my items arrive?
90% of our items arrive the next day with some even arriving the same day (if you're in Sydney). Delivery to some Rural and non Metro areas will take longer but our tracking software allows you to see exactly where your parcel is at all times. Please note that it can take a few hours for tracking information to be updated to the website once the parcel leaves our store.

To avoid a trip to the Post Office/Fastway pickup point
Please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you make a request in the COMMENTS section for your order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, Kellyville Pets is not liable to replace the order should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered.
Pickup In Store
If you choose to pick up your item in store, we aim to process your order within 1 hour of receiving it during our opening hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email advising it is ready for pickup.
International (Rest of world)
Unfortunately we currently only ship to Australia.
