While we take care to pack and dispatch all live feed and live plants in healthy condition, we do not accept responsibility for live products that do not arrive alive or in optimal condition due to postal delays, carrier handling or weather conditions outside our control.
Perishable items, including live feed and live plants, are only be dispatched via Express Post or Same/Next Day Delivery..
Same/Next Day Delivery is not available to all areas. Same/Next Day Delivery will take place between 6-9pm. Please ensure you have someone available to accept the delivery.
Live bugs, live plants and fresh salads are dispatched via Express Post on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Express orders placed after 8am Wednesday will be sent the following Monday.
Same Day delivery orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays and will be held until the next available business day.
Orders may be delayed or withheld during periods of extreme heat (30°C+) or severe weather to protect live stock.
Live feed and live plants must be brought inside immediately upon delivery and stored at the correct temperature and conditions as recommended for the species. We do not accept responsibility for live products that are left unattended, exposed to heat or cold, or not stored correctly after delivery.
Live products are perishable and minor losses during transit may occur.
