"This is the only recommended heat lamp for a bearded dragon. We use the 150 watt and it seems to keep the warm side at a steady temperature. Mine is set on top of my tank and is heald in with a dome which I've found very helpful because I don't burn my hand as much. I only recommend this basking light. It is great!"
