I have purchased two complete Juwel Aquarium tank set ups from Kellyville Pets and already posted a 5 star review about this product and the amazing customer service they provide in store. . . The Kellyville Pets team love what they do and it shows in how they interact with customers, I guess working with adorable critters all day would be enjoyable so it's no surprise they're in store experience is amazing. As impressive as a visit to their store is I very highly recommend the online shopping. Most people who order online probably won't need to deal with the online sales team because of how efficient the set up is. The items arrive faster then any other supplier, the packaging is always professional and the online site is easy to use so there's never any issues. I've needed to make adjustments to a few orders due to my errors and also source an out of stock item so I've dealt with the online team on multiple occasions via phone and they are amazing. A special thank you to Rachel from the online team who I interact with via email and recently helped me with this pump, Rachel's passion for her job and enthusiasm to help was evident even via email. Product Review The juwel internal filter that comes with their tank set ups does an efficient job. . . But thanks due to the Kellyville Pets website I recently learned that you can increase the water flow if needed by upgrading the pump. I put the pump from my 240L tank into my 70L and bought this bigger pump for my 240L Now my large overcrowded community tank and small overcrowded shrimp tank can handle my expectations."
