How much can I save?
Most dog coats are 50% off during the sale. The Fuzzyard range is discounted separately at 25% off and is excluded from the 50% offer. The discounted price is shown on each product, so you'll always see the exact saving before you buy.

Which coats are included in the sale?
The sale covers our Huskimo, PetOne, and Kazoo ranges. The Fuzzyard range sits outside the 50% offer (see above). If a coat shows a sale price on its product page, that price is what you pay at checkout.

What's the difference between the coat types?
Fashion coats are everyday style pieces for mild weather and around-town wear. Adventure coats are waterproof and built for wet, cold walks and outdoor activity. Knitted coats and jumpers give lightweight warmth for cool days. Sweaters & hoodies are cosy indoor-to-outdoor layers, and pyjamas are soft loungewear for warmth at home and overnight.

How do I choose the right size?
Sizing is based mainly on your dog's back length (neck to tail base) and chest girth, and it varies by brand — most of our ranges run from around 22 cm up to 72 cm. Wrong sizing is the most common reason a coat gets returned, so we've put together a free Dog Coat Size Guide that walks you through exactly how to measure. You can download it from this page.

What if the coat doesn't fit?
No problem — coats can be returned or exchanged in line with our returns policy, provided they're unworn with tags attached. The quickest option is to bring it into the store in Beaumont Hills for an exchange, or you can start a return online. Full details are on our Refunds and Exchange Policy page.

Yes. Our full coat range is on display at our Beaumont Hills store, and our team can help you measure your dog and find the right fit. If you're buying online, Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 1 hour during opening hours.
